Mission Groups
Service is an important part of our ministry and our church. The senior adult community has a true heart for service and a deep desire to give back through a variety of mission activities.
SENIOR ADULT MISSION OPPORTUNITIES
Smile Stitchers – We get together to complete needlework projects for local children's hospitals.
Heart Ministry – We reach out and minister to sick, bereaved, and shut-in members of our church.
Mission Trips – We travel together to South Texas, Latvia, and other places where we can share God's love.
Offsite Bible Studies – We offer more than a dozen bible studies in retirement, assisted care and nursing home facilities. In addition to these mission opportunities, the Senior Adult Ministry is actively involved in volunteering at church, as well as participating in church-wide service efforts to spread the love of Jesus Christ in our community, across the country and around the globe.
