Bethany Moss

Meet Our Staff

Making the decision to seek counseling can be difficult, and Bethany strives to cultivate a safe, accepting, and authentic environment, and meet the clients where they are. She believes that people can make positive changes in their life with the right process and support, and she joins with the client in that process with patience and understanding.

Bethany enjoys working with young children and adults. For children 3-8 years old, she utilizes Child Centered Play Therapy and trains parents in Child-Parent Relationship Therapy to reach counseling goals and address issues such as life transitions, grief, trauma, behavioral problems, or emotional regulation. In addition, Bethany works with pre-adolescents and adults with issues such as trauma, boundaries, depression and anxiety, life transitions, and emotional regulation. She is also trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she has used with both children and adults, for a variety of issues.

Bethany lives in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys writing, serving at church, spending quality time with friends and family, and traveling.
